In order for us to process your refund with no delays we ask you to adhere to the following instructions:

  • We only accept refunds requests made within 15 days after purchase date
  • We are unable to refund if the request of refund is made after the timeline given above.
  • We do not charge any refund handling fees.
  • We also reserve the right to disable any Account, product keys, services, vouchers and/or serial numbers issued for the refunded products.
  • After requesting a refund, you agree to stop using any of our product/service.
